Ok, i got a quick question, when i downloaded hydro pk on winrar, what do i extract? And if i extracted it right the hydro pk folder is on my desktop and i click run, and this black box appears, and dissapears and the hydro pk server does not appear...

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?!?!?!?!?!
